What is WOTOWN teens?
WOTOWN TEENS is a two day a week program for teens age 13-18 that focuses on building muscle and burning fat. This program is designed to introduce and reinforce proper fundamental movement teenagers while keeping them entertained. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that teens need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained coaches. Participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be become better at everything they do, because we don't coach them to be good at just one thing.

WOTOWN TEENS Head Coach
Chris is a certified L1 CrossFit trainer. He is passionate about helping teens move towards their health and fitness goals. He has been coaching teens and adults for over a year at WOTOWN and has a collegiate background in baseball and strength training. His goal of WOTOWN TEEN program is to lead teenagers to a lifestyle of health and fitness that will carry over into adulthood.
