What is the WOTOWN Family and why do we keep making a big deal out of it? Literally, we yell “WOTOWN FAMILY” at the end of every workout. At CrossFit WOTOWN one of our values is FAMILY. We believe that if you surround yourself with likeminded people then you can push yourself further than you ever thought you could and accomplish the goals that you set. We want to create an environment where your fitness class is more than just a gym with random people in it…but your experience is more like a family that motivates each other to push through workouts together. We believe that you will come to the gym for fitness but stay for family.
Each member of CrossFit WOTOWN has a story and this is our outlet to highlight the stories of individuals in the gym. That is why we created the WOTOWN FAM Podcast. This podcast gives us the opportunity to tell gym member’s stories both inside and outside the gym.
We had a blast recording the first episode of the podcast with Robert “BJ” Eadie…after recording the podcast we discovered that he would rather go by Robert…so if you see him in the gym…he’s Robert…not BJ! We’re family… we can be transparent!
